Pakou represents the drivers who can't afford to park: truckers, bus drivers and anyone who drives for a living.
Pakou grew up in a family of long-haul drivers and knows what a disqualification does to a household. She handles CDL charges from any county along the routes her clients drive, and most of the firm's license suspension hearings.
She runs the Oshkosh office and meets clients there on Saturday mornings, in English or in Hmong.
