What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to give us, such as a phone number, your nearest office or a court date. Like most websites, ours also records basic technical information, such as the pages visited and the type of browser used.

How we use it

We use what you send to call you back, check for conflicts of interest and schedule a consult. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who sees it

The lawyers and staff in our three offices, and the companies that host this website and our email, who handle it only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don't become clients are deleted after a reasonable time. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
