Before law school, Augustin worked as a lab technician, and he still thinks like one. In a DUI case he starts with the test: how the sample was taken and stored, how the machine was checked, and whether the paperwork agrees with itself.
He runs the Appleton office and handles cases across the Fox Valley, from first offenses to the ones that go to trial. He also takes reckless driving charges after a crash.
